As we prepare for the holiday season, we would like to thank you for your valued partnership throughout 2020 and wish you a healthy, happy and prosperous Christmas and New Year. 

2020 has been a tough year for many. The global Coronavirus crisis has affected thousands of businesses not just in Australia, but around the world. The team at GoFax are deeply thankful to all essential workers during these challenging times who continue to work tirelessly to help keep our communities safe.

GoFax Holiday Office Closures

  • Friday, December 25th – Christmas Day: CLOSED 
  • Monday, December 28th – Boxing Day Public Holiday: CLOSED 
  • Friday, January 1st – New Year’s Day: CLOSED 

 During this period all standard systems monitoring will be performed. Email support@gofax.com.au for any urgent assistance. Any non-critical support requests will be responded to on the 29th of December, 2020.

Embargo Period

Due to carrier provisioning and other supplier restrictions over the holiday period, there will be an embargo period commencing at 5:00pm AEDT Wednesday 23rd December 2020 and continuing until 9:00am AEDT Monday 11th January 2021. 
 
During this period, customised development requests, new feature releases, new orders, porting orders and new connections of some services may be subject to delays.

Important Reminders

  • Remember to ensure your GoFax Send service has sufficient credits over the holiday period so your staff can continue to use our fax/SMS services.  

  • Top Up Send Credits Now or Enable Auto Top Up on your account and credits will automatically be topped up once your balance reaches 10%. 

  • Check your ‘Low Credit’ notification settings are correct. 

  • Have your contact details changed? Login and update details within your GoFax account.
